职位描述: Key Responsibilities of the Role?Discover, qualify and develop opportunities?Motivate internal and external staff/resources to focus on desired business outcomes?Work with sales support to provide timely proposals to customers?Manage, escalate and resolve technical or contractual issues?Develop effective prospecting strategies to target new customers to identify need and areas where we can add value?Leverage existing customers and use reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new name business?Maintain awareness of industry sector and technological advancesPartnering with internal stakeholders (technical, marketing and business development teams) to develop compelling solutions for current and prospective Trakcare customersSkills and Qualifications Required to be Successful in the Role?Self-driven “hunter” who is driven by success and results.?In depth experience in and understanding of the IT sales channel within The Greater China Region.?Preference will be given to candidates who either have a medical qualification or who have sold into the healthcare institutions in The Greater China Region.?Demonstrable experience developing Application Partner and System Integrators?Proven track record in exceeding quotas?Previous experience in developing and successfully executing against a sales plan?Ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.?Experience negotiating and motivating a mutually agreeable and positive contractsHigh level written and communication skills both in Mandarin and English.?Demonstrable track record winning new name business.?Experience selling clinical and administrative application software to Healthcare end users.?Proven ability to present effectively at Board level.?A genuine interest and technical curiosity for software in the Healthcare sector (ours and others) 职能类别: 业务拓展主管/经理 医药销售经理/主管 关键字: IT 医疗 Business Development Manager
