职位描述： Job responsibility:1)Developing promising drug candidate in cancer immunology, autoimmune disease and inflammatory disease.2)Disgn in vitro or in vivo assay and animal model to verify efficacy and potency of drug candidate.3)Communicate and cooperate diverse teams in the firm to ensure the ongoing of multiple projects.qualitifications:1) Ph.D degree in immunology, oncology, cell biology or related discipline is required. Postdoctral training or similar experience is considered an advance.2) Demostrated experience in drug discovery in oncology, immunology or neurobiology. Past experience in biotech/pharmacology R&D setting would be a plus.3) In depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in immunoassays, tumor animal models and immuno-system related disease models.4) flexible,open to new ideas and innovative, can work independently in a multidisplinary environment.5) You are good at reading and writing in English and can keep on tracking the advances in immuno-related diseases and therapies.岗位职责：1）把握肿瘤免疫治疗领域前沿进展，为肿瘤免疫治疗，自免疫疾病与炎症相关疾病的治疗开发新的生物药物候选。2）为开发的药物设计体内和体外实验以及相关的动物模型，以验证开发的药物的有效性和效力，并提供成药性的分析。3）对项目开发的相关文献进行检索和整理，并与公司内各个开发部门进行协调沟通，以确保多个项目的顺利进行。岗位要求：1）必须拥有免疫学，肿瘤学，细胞生物学或相关专业的博士学位，有博后或类似经历的优先考虑。2）在肿瘤生物学，免疫学或者神经生物学方面有过可以新药开发的经历，在生物技术或者制药企业中有过研发经历的优先考虑。3）对免疫试验，肿瘤动物模型或者是免疫相关疾病模型有深刻认识和实际的操作经验。4）有过硬的分析问题和解决问题的能力，有创新精神和团队工作精神。5）能熟练的应用英文进行读写，能时刻把握免疫相关疾病和治疗方面的最新进展。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
