职位描述： Job Title: Director/Associate Director BiologyJob DescriptionWe are seeking multiple Director/Associate Director, Research who will join a multidisciplinary Research and Development team in a fast-paced, challenging environment of cell biologists, protein chemists, and pharmacologists. The applicants will be involved in evaluating and advancing novel agents targeting the immune system in various therapeutics indications including inflammatory disorders, oncology, fibrosis and others. These position’s focus will be in supervising the internal research team to support discovery of novel drug candidates. Responsibilities - Design and execute functional assay to provide mechanistic understanding of drug candidates- Supervise/Manage PhD/MS/BS scientists, clearly communicating project timelines, contingencies, and provide technical input- Analyze and interpret study results, and present to research team and to management with recommendations for next steps- Write protocols and data reports- Identification and assessment of new molecular targets and agents in cancer immunotherapy- Perform literature searches and participate in pipeline discussionsEducation/Skill/Experience Requirements - PhD in Biology, biological sciences, biochemistry, bioengineering or related discipline with 5-8 years of relevant drug discovery and research experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies - Strong biology and drug discovery experience with demonstrated success in idea generation, assay development and screening- Successful track record managing direct reports- Demonstrated strong technical and scientific rigor in development of novel molecules- Experience working in a regulated environment, protocol and report writing, and careful documentation with attention to detail- Excellent communication skills and adaptive to a time-line driven work environment- Deep knowledge of in vitro assays and systems and assay development aligned with drug and biomarker validation approaches - Extensive hand-on experience with established cell lines and primary cultures and developing complex functional assays, high content imaging and image analysis- Positive, creative and collaborative disposition with the ability to work easily within a team- Results oriented, driven, motivated and well organized- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and to multi-task 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发管理人员 关键字： immunology, cancer, assay development, 免疫学, 癌症,
