You will have ownership and drive the medical device development strategy, especially working with our partners and supplier R&D teams, establishing Product and Market Insights, Strategy Creation, develop a Regulatory, Registration, production & marketing Planning, execution and Budget Management. You will work with our in house R&D team to facilitate the sourcing of materials, technology, knowledge, technical know-how and negotiate OEM and purchasing dealsYour teamAs part of the Global team you will be working with a dynamic and highly experienced group of individuals helping shape the strategy within Cardiolink. Working with local and global partners, this role offers excellent exposure to the wider Cardiolink and healthcare business and in turn progression opportunities both locally and internationally. In the interim, until other roles are filled, you will report into the R&D Director and in dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer. You will be working from Beijing, between Beijing industrial park in DaXing District and Cardiolink Science’s Shenzhen facility with our global team based in Europe and the US (Opportunities to travel to locations including the United States, Ireland and European countries)Your responsibilitiesProduct Development?Supporting and acting as a key link between partners and suppliers in China and global (US and Europe) to develop new products in the cardiology, Peripheral Vascular sector (1,2,3)?Supporting and liaising amongst regulatory agency, in-house R&D and key OEM and material sourcing partners for registration of products in the Chinese market (1,2,3)?Ensuring and securing the transfer of key information, documents including both technical and legal documents (1,2,3)?Researching and understanding existing and emerging technologies in the global OEM market space to identify qualified suppliers for sourcing technologies to help form new product definition and design implementation (1,2)?Transforming in house R&D project agenda into project management plan and purchasing schedules to ensure efficient transition and communication with key suppliers and collaborators (1,2,3)?Following and participating in house product design and development to address key design and process challenges and work together with internal team and external team to solve problems creatively (1,2)?Ongoing delivery of pre-agreed annual KPIs for the category and broader Health Systems objectives (1,2)Business Development?Acquiring China market intelligence ownership and working with partner teams on strategies and visions focusing on Chinese market (1)?Establish and forming China marketing plan to create and execute rolling 12 month activation plans for the categories (1)?Be the product development & marketing lead in planning, executing, monitoring and reporting on overall campaign status (1)?Evaluate all key deliverables of company cooperation and synergy to ensure accountability and all requirements meet ROI standards (1)Company Brand Management:?Act as a corporate ambassador and key contact of the company in global presentations in front of suppliers and OEM partners (1,2)?Any other presentational development assigned by supervisors (1,2,3)We are looking forLanguage proficiency?Workable English and Chinese to have technical discussion both in speaking and writing (required)?Bilingual or full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English (strongly preferred)?Fluent English with at least professional level proficiency, excellent if TOEFL/IELTS/CET scores available or equivalent way of proving the English language proficiency ( strongly Preferred)?High proficiency of English language in business level writing and speaking(strongly preferred)?High proficiency of English language in technical or scientific writing and speaking(preferred)Education background?A bachelor’s degree, engineering or science background preferred (required)?A MBA or Master’s degree in engineering/science/technology or other higher level education (preferred)Ability and experience gained in industry?Ability to actively take assigned roles and contribute to product development in medical device and general healthcare in a diverse and global B2B environment (required)?Excellent collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and work successfully in a diverse environment (preferred)?R&D or general project management skills (preferred)?Experience with medical device development process (preferred)?Experience with polymer and metal materials (preferred)Software skills?Efficient with word editing and regular office tools (required)?Skillful with excel (preferred)?Skillful with CAD and 3D modeling tools -CAD, Solidworks (strongly preferred)?Optional: Matlab, Finite element analysis modeling tools (preferred)Writing skills?Comfortable with writing business emails (required)?Comfortable with writing emails containing technical terminology and purchasing terms (preferred)?Comfortable with writing technical document and rigorous reasoning statements (preferred)Our offer?A competitive base salary?Pension scheme?Commercial medical insurance?Bonus system based on KPI?Bank holidays and relatively flexible working schedule?Learning and development opportunities through our partners and universities?Encourage a “Live Well” program of Events – activities that promote health and wellbeing 职能类别：医药技术研发管理人员医疗器械研发
