职位描述： ①本科以上学历，会计、财务或相关专业毕业，具有资本运作上市经验、医药行业从业经历者优先考虑；②10年以上财务管理工作经验，或5年以上相近管理职位经验，精通国家财务、税务、审计、公司上市相关法规和政策；③根据公司运营计划和发展方向，组织编制公司年度财务预算计划，提供实时有效的数据，为公司重大决策及经营方针制定提供依据；④建立健全财务管理制度，规范财务操作流程；⑤负责资金筹措和税务规划、投融资工作，确保公司各部门正常运转；⑥团队建设和人员培养、制定和完善部门内部工作计划、管理制度、业务流程，财务预算等相关规定，确保部门工作有序，高效、协调、规范。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
