职位描述： 岗位职责：1.协助领导抗体技术团队，增强公司在治疗性双特异性抗体领域的研发能力；2.负责治疗性抗体相关项目的立项、执行、管理和研究工作等；3.负责治疗性抗体工程构建、噬菌体展示、文库筛选等临床前实验及技术开发；4.进行抗体结构设计、修饰，抗体成效性实验及分析、候选分子筛选等；5.协助或负责开展体外筛选及动物体内实验等成药性研究等。工作要求：1.免疫学、肿瘤生物学、生物化学或相关领域硕士或博士学位；2.深入了解抗体工程和抗体人源化，在共同载体或宿主系统、抗体结构位点修饰或体外活性筛选、体内动物实验等有丰富的知识或技能；3.3年以上抗体或蛋白药物研发经验，主持或参与过抗体或蛋白药物研发项目；4.具有丰富的抗体基因工程构建、抗体人源化、抗体展示技术等经验5.熟悉转换医学，熟悉前沿成药靶点及通路，对肿瘤免疫治疗具有深入的了解；6.具有良好的项目管理能力、组织能力和团队合作精神；7.对新药开发充满热情，具有药物研发工业界工作经验优先考虑。Key Responsibilities:1. Build and lead the antibody technology team to extent core strengths in biospecific antibody drug development.2.Develop an understanding of target biology and pharmacology approaches to big molecule drug discovery3.Plan, manage and execute multiple therapeutic antibody programs by generating therapeutic antibody through hybridoma generation, recombinant antibody cloning, expression and purification.4. Responsible for antibody engineering, humanization, and affinity maturation.5. Responsible for new antibody selection and assessment.6.Initiate and direct R&D programs related to cancer targets and therapeutic antibody drug development.7.Demonstrate technical proficiency in the development, validation and implementation of cell, receptor, channel, enzyme-based and pharmacodynamic assays using a range of assay methodologies and (in vitro, cellular and ex-vivo) model systems.8. Proactively identifies and evaluates new assay technologies and is able to incorporate them into programs.9.Collaborates with other functional groups on the projects such as, cell line development group, downstream purification group, and analytical group, etc.10.Performs other job duties as required.Qualifications:1. Ph.D. and/or MD in Immunology/cancer biology/Biochemistry or related biology discipline, with 3-5 years of post doctoral translational research experience in antibody/ protein therapeutics.2. In depth experience in antibody engineering and humanization, hands on experience with common vector/host system and generation of stable mammalian cell lines to express antibody.3.Must demonstrate leadership skills or potential and organizational skills to be able to handle multiple assignments with short deadlines.4. Experienced in both traditional and novel technology development for antibody/protein therapeutics like hybridoma generation, and phage display antibody libraries.5. Experience with in vivo rat and/or mouse models (Oncology) and in vitro experiment design.6.
