职位描述：岗位职责：1、承担肿瘤免疫治疗、双特异性抗体等领域的新药研发任务，对新药物靶点进行理论和实验验证，制定及组织实施相关研发计划；2、建立体内外药物筛选模型和方法，进行新药筛选及药效学评价工作，阐明药理机制，协助优化药物设计；3、建立及完善肿瘤免疫相关分子生物学、细胞免疫学、动物学等实验平台，对免疫实验相关指标的检测分析提供方法和指导；4、进行研究方案设计和数据处理分析并撰写实验总结及报告，及时进行内部汇报；5、协助进行药物开发项目立项、专利撰写等工作；6、协调项目后期工艺、临床研究及产业化工作，负责相关SOP的起草、撰写等。岗位要求：1、免疫学或肿瘤学、生物学、医学等相关领域博士或博士后；2、3年以上免疫学、肿瘤免疫学、或抗体药物相关研究工作，在肿瘤免疫、细胞免疫等领域具有丰富的经验；3、具备开展体外和体内免疫实验及新药评估、成药性研究等方面的经验和能力；4、熟悉免疫检查点研究，掌握细胞免疫学的实验技能（细胞杀伤技术、流式细胞仪，T细胞功能评价，ELISA、ELISPOT 等）；5、了解肿瘤免疫学相关基础与肿瘤免疫学研究前沿，能够独立设计免疫学相关复杂实验；6、较强的沟通能力和领导力；7、优秀的英文读写及交流能力。Job descriptionDirector/Senior Director – Immuno-Oncology department head: YZY Biopharma seeks an exceptionally talented and motivated individual to join a highly interactive Immuno-oncology center of research and development. The person in this role will guide the cancer pharmacology group as a member of leadership team. The role will involve the active co-development and implementation of forward strategies for the Immuno-Oncology programs.Responsibilities 1. Strategically manages immune-oncology resources to meet discovery goals for the oncology portfolio (R&D pipelines)2. Represent Immuno-Oncology project team; key contributor to YZY Biopharma strategies3. Play a leadership role within the discipline and contribute to direction and strategies for both the cancer pharmacology and immunology science. Responsible for providing scientific input, oversight, and study execution regarding design, conducts and interpretation of lab experiments to evaluate candidate biotherapeutics to advance programs in the oncology portfolio.4. Identify and validate new cancer drug targets, develop and perform primary and secondary biological assays, and conduct cell-based assays to guide preclinical studies. 5. Plan, implement and manage in vivo activities (efficacy, safety and PK/PD) to deliver key data package to support MOA characterization and drug candidate selection.Qualifications1. Ph.D. and/or MD in Immunology/cancer biology/Biochemistry or related biology discipline, with 3-5 years of post doctoral translational research experience in tumor immunology/protein therapeutics.2. Hands on experience and strong expertise in T-cell/B-cell/NK-cell biology, molecular biology, cancer models.3. Demonstrated proficiency in performing and/or developing various Cell biology， Hematology, and Immunology related techniques and methodologies which include ELISA, cell purification/culture, proliferation, multicolor flow cytometry etc.. 4. Industrial experience in drug discovery is desirable. Good written and verbal communication skills, strong capability in technical trouble shooting.5. The candidate will work with a vibrant and multi-disciplinary group.
