职位描述： Job description?To lead activities for all aspects of the in-life phase of rodent studies including but not limited to: formulation preparation, dosing administration, sample collection and processing?To maintain prompt, accurate and clear documentation of detail experiments and research results?Summarize and present research results in project and departmental meetingsQualifications:?Ph D. in animal science/pharmacokinetics/pharmacology/biochemistry?Hands-on experience working with rodents?Research experience or training in pharmacology?Ability to follow protocols, SOPs and related policies and guidelines?To work independently and productively and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of medicinal chemists, biologists, pharmacologists and toxicologists岗位职责：?能够熟练领导完成啮齿类动物实验如动物采购、动物检疫、体重称量、制剂配制口服或注射给药、眼眶、静脉采血、解剖等?协助饲养员从事一些基本工作?及时、准确和清楚的进行实验观察及数据记录、分析、核对、整理、归档和报告撰写等?项目或部门会议上汇报工作及讨论职位要求：?动物医学、医学、药理学、药物代谢动力学等相关专业博士学历?有较丰富的啮齿类动物实验操作经验，熟悉各种给药方式和采血方式?有药理学研究经验?对实验动物有热情及兴趣，动手能力强，积极主动，责任心强，身体健康，且无实验动物过敏史?独立开展工作和解决问题能力?能熟练应用Office软件记录、处理和展示实验内容及数据?有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力职能类别：生物工程/生物制药
