职位描述: 职位描述Position Summary医务渠道代表将要负责针对本地和外围医院的销售推广工作。美德乐是全球领先的母乳喂养解决方案供应商,同时,也生产创新性的医疗负压设备。The Hospital Sales Representative is responsible for increasing Medela’s sales for its breastfeeding solution products in hospitals and healthcare facilities including recovery centers in Beijing and surrounding cities. Medela is the worldwide leader in breastfeeding solutions, as well as a highly regarded manufacturer of quality and innovative medical professional vacuum systems.作为母乳喂养专家,医务渠道的代表应该致力于向本区的客户提供各类相关解决方案。候选人需要和相关专家学者密切沟通(包括不限:KOL,医生,护士以及产妇)并且进行市场教育,解释母乳喂养和我们产品的优势,鼓励更多妈妈采用自然的哺育方式,尤其是遇到早产儿等特殊情况。This position serves as professional EXPERT for all of Medela’s breastfeeding solution products in the Greater Beijing region. The candidate needs to be able to communicate closely with the respective professionals (e.g. Key Opinion Leaders, Doctors, Nurses, Midwifes) and to educate them about the advantages of our breastfeeding solution products and to motivate these professionals to encourage all mothers under their care to feed their babies with breastmilk regardless whether the baby is born pre-term or term.作为该领域的领导品牌,我们倍感荣誉;医务代表应致力于建立医护领域高端客户关系,藉此开展我们的销售计划,从而提高销量达到预期目标。The candidate is proud to be representing the top brand, Medela, and well capable of building high level customer contacts with Hospital professionals to develop and execute a business plan with strategic objectives to increase Sales and to achieve tailored company goals.工作内容Essential Functions每日拜访辖区内的医院和医疗机构,根据美德乐的市场策略进行医患教育;Daily visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities in the area of responsibility to educate the professionals on all the benefits of breastmilk feeding进行市场拓展,开发新客户,增加市场覆盖;Develop new professional contacts in order to increase Medela’s market coverage和美德乐市场部门紧密合作;Cooperate closely with Medela’s marketing organization协助院内销售方案和沟通策略,以驱动销售产生;Help to develop in-hospital solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase of the Medela Brand and its products自我日程管理和良好的预算意识;Manage all daily activities within a prior agreed cost budget和客服部门密切合作;Cooperate closely with Customer Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction参与市场销售计划,积极提供市场反馈(趋势、竟品信息等)。这包含市场调研和对手分析,以保证美德乐品牌地位;Participate in sales and marketing programs and provide market feedback regarding trends, product development and quality.
