职位描述： ? Responsible for machining process realization and optimization (incl. 5-axis CNC program, documentation and technical training); standard process time; failure analysis and continuous improvement of machining process? Maintain material master data in SAP, setting up machining lines, design processes, prepare work instruction for new product, follow up ECN action in production.? Strong hands-on capacity that can independently completed system adjustment , and to guide the training of relevant personnel.? Provide technical advisory and training regarding machining processes to CNC workshop? Based on daily works, trouble shooting, quality monitoring and technical support to other departments? Development and design of machining fixtures and toolsRequirement:? Diploma/Bachelor degree in CNC or mechanical engineering? 3-5 years working experience as CNC Processing Engineer in manufacturing companies in preferably international environment? Experience in machining process of precision mechanical parts and CNC programing（MasterCAM）? Experience on product transfer project? Tooling design experience, be proficient on system adjustment? Tool management & on site experienceSkills:? Strong analytic and problem solving skills? Knowledge in Fanuc programing ( Siemens is a plus)?
