职位描述： Position:Process ManagerReport to: Head of OperationsResponsibilities1.As Contact person responsible for process transferring to Production department, with overview for all projects transferring requirement and status.2.During new process transferring, to confirm new process by evaluation existing equipment and production line layout firstly with resources of production department.3.Assign and support related responsible Process Engineer to ensure the process successfully transferred in time.4.Responsible to review all of the process documents such as Protocol, MBR, RA, WI and etc.5.Monitor and guide the process engineers to prepare related campaign starting documents and campaign reports in time6.To teach and solve process and technical difficulties in the production line or unit operations.7.Continuous improvement for product quality and yield etc by process optimization with R&D, and technical support for company new concept and project such as solvent recovery etc.8.Support site R&D and Global function to optimize existing production methods and develop more efficient ones.9.Lead the improvement and standardization of existing process documents , such as modules of Unit Operations for MBR for easy execution and less misunderstanding, based on site situation (facilities, staff capabilities etc)10.Build and manage process function, and develop and empower subordinate (if any) to participate in decision making process and train backup.11.As process team function manager, he should lead his team, and collaborate with local production/engineering/planning team and with Global Sites and HQ in ZOF12.Per requirement, to support head of operations in areas assigned such as EHS, GMP, effectiveness, customer needs and internal /external complianceCritical Experience and Skills1.College or above degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, pharmaceutical engineering or equivalent.2.Experience working in a chemical or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.3.Experience in project management.4Strong team player with good communication and coordination.5.High energy level with strong customer service mind.6Good English. 职能类别： 药品生产/质量管理 其他
