职位描述： Responsibilities1.Ensure Market visibility and Developmenta.According to TAKEO/Presence specialty to identify customer current and potential needs.b.Collect and reports innovation (from AL and from competitors) to Sales Manager and Product marketing.c.Prospection planning according to sales development objectives defined for the Market.2.Develop New TAKEO Businessa. Implementation of sales policy, in charge of the region to develop TAKEO/Presence customers, achieve the sales target.b. Sing TAKEO/Presence contract and holding agreement with customer.c. Study and master product knowlege, follow up TAKEO/Presence usage situation, train customer for cylinder operation and management .3.Customer Managementa. Follow up sales volumes ,amount and customer holding. b. Manage customer AR, push and follow customer's payment. c. handover to sales team if need.4.Sales Efficiency and Customer orientationa.Keep good sales efficiency, ensure visit times. b.Establish long term relation ship with the whole hospital regarding gases business (procurement, maintenance, drug department,…).Requirement:1. Bachelor degree or above.2.
