职位描述： Key Areas of Responsibility：— Select and qualify new suppliers and to evaluate supplier capability and business risk. 供应商的选择与体系审核，包括供应商能力和风险评估。— Implement supplier quality performance rating and keep supplier improvement.供应商质量绩效的管理与评估，包括最差供应商持续改善的推动和辅导。— Implement supplier quality problem and follow up the SCARS. 供应商质量问题的处理与内部协调。— Introduce new suppliers together with parts to support design and development. 供应商新产品的开发及过程审核。— MRB management and support production returned parts to support production line. 进行供应商不良物料的处理和分析。— Implement APQP/ PPA to new parts and suppliers. 供应商新产品APQP/ PPA的审核和批准。— Manage and evaluate the changes request from supplier. 管理并评估供应商提出的变更。— Have strong team work and leadership with cross functional team to manage supplier quality related program. 良好的团队合作并领导多职能团队完成供应商相关的项目。— Track the tasks from MT. 完成部门经理交付的其它工作任务。Job Requirements & Skills:Education学历: Bachelar 本科Experience工作经验: 5 yearsCompetency and Skills 能力和技能:— Be family with ISO standards, ISO 13485 is preferred. 熟悉ISO 9000质量体系, 熟悉ISO13485者优先。— Good English skill and be family with office software skills and should be good communication capability and team work. 英语说写流利，熟练应用计算机办公软件，良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作。— Be family with skill of APQP and 8D and SPC quality tools. And be capable for supplier continue improvement. 熟练使用包括APQP, 8D, SPC等质量工具，能够推动供应商的持续改善。— Be good at machinical and or injection and or electronic process. 理工科学历背景，熟悉注塑，机械，电子产品工艺。 职能类别： 医疗器械生产/质量管理
