职位描述： 主要职责：1、协助稽查经理对医学部所有标准操作流程进行制定、修订及定期更新；2、根据稽查计划对临床试验进行定期或有因稽查，保证监查部门严格遵照SOP进行监查和管理，保证临床试验操作的规范性，试验数据的真实性和可靠性；3、负责就临床试验稽查过程中发现的问题与相关部门和人员进行沟通及跟踪，保证及时解决或整改，必要时对相关人员进行再培训或建议调整岗位；4、负责对监查员进行业务指导和培训，培训内容包括但不限于SOP、临床稽查中发现的问题等；5、完成上级交办或相关部门提出需要协助的工作。任职资格：1、临床医学或药学本科以上学历；2、接受过GCP培训、临床试验监查技能培训、项目管理培训；3、2年以上临床试验监查经验，有项目管理经验者优先；4、计算机办公系统操作熟练；5、较强的组织协调和沟通能力；6、熟悉临床试验的整体流程。工作地为北京或上海 职能类别： 其他
