职位描述： The Clinical Intelligence Specialist will be required to translate raw competitive intelligence into strategic insights by identifying and integrating a full spectrum of information sources, and extracting signals and themes in the context of business needs including business development and clinical development strategy.1.For assigned stakeholders and R&D project teams the CIS will monitor the competitive environment on an ongoing basis, formulate hypotheses and proactively bring forward well synthesized competitive insights of strategic relevance.2.The CIS ill actively collaborate with corresponding functions to acquire sources of information relevant to the business needsassist clients and team members in defining and clarifying key intelligence topics and questions of greatest relevance3.Leverage all available intelligence resources to address key topics and questions at level of depth appropriate for project and within specified timeframe4.Within assigned therapeutic areas the CIS will proactively assess the competitive landscape and maintain a current awareness of competitor programs and assets.5.Proactively prepare objective Competitive Assessments of drug development programs and be prepared to defend ratings of competitive position in support of governance body decision making6.Candidates for this position should be able to demonstrate the ability to undertake research on complex questions, gather and analyze data and turn these data into a succinct response and/or recommendation that can be used directly by leadership. Clearly communicating and defending viewpoints in writing and orally is essential to success.7.Support editing for protocol/study report development (and protocol related documents: inform consent form, amendments, study concept sheets, as appropriate)任职要求：1.MD degree or Medical information degree2. Previous internship or one year of experience in the medical communication, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is preferred. Demonstrated interest in healthcare or life sciences is required3. Understanding of competitive landscape of biopharmaceutical industry and investor analytics4. A track record of individual contributions as well as the ability to work in a team environment5. Excellent capability in written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, flexibility, learning, planning and organizing (time management & ability to prioritize deadline-sensitive projects)6. Ability to work under tight timelines7. Ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision and understand when to escalate8.
