职位描述： ResponsibilityYou will be responsible to create medical messaging on responsible disease area panels and identifying medical and scientific key knowledge gaps; To work closely with BA on disease management training and align on medical messaging; To support responsible disease area phase IV local studies; To act as the primary resource for medical information regarding products and disease area in the areas of expertise; To develop and maintain relationships with national top key opinion leaders, to seek advices in disease consensus and guideline set up; and to coordinate with Global Medical Affairs and China Medical Regulatory Affairs department.主要负责相关疾病领域产品线医学信息的创建，确定医学/科学认知的差距；与事业部密切合作，对医学信息的传递达成一致。支持负责疾病领域的上市后临床研究。在一些专业领域，提供关于产品和疾病的医学信息。开发、维护与全国重点意见领袖的关系，获得疾病领域的建议和制定指南。与全球医疗事业部和中国医疗法规事务部共同协作。- Working on mid- and long- term medical strategies and, after aligning with BA, implementing them on yearly basis; 制定和事业部合作伙伴达成一致的中长期医学策略和并进行年度实施。- Working with BA to identify medical and scientific knowledge gaps and providing corresponding disease area medical messages; 和事业部合作伙伴一起确定医学/科学认知的差距，提供负责疾病领域相关医学关键信息。- Reviewing and ensuring corresponding disease area medical contents are accurate, fair, balance, evidence-based and compliance with local regulations; 对负责领域的医学内容进行审阅，保证其内容准确，公正，平衡，有理论依据，并且当地法律法规要求。- Establishing and maintaining close working relationship with KOLs of corresponding disease areas; 与负责疾病领域内的意见领袖建立并维持良好的工作关系。- Organizing medical events (congress etc.) and ensuring all activities align with compliance and DiaSymphony requirements and supporting responsible disease area phase IV local studies; 组织各类医学相关活动（学术会议等），保证所有活动均符合合规及DiaSymphony的要求，并支持负责疾病领域的上市后临床研究。- Making internal medical information training materials for corresponding disease areas and training both medical and BA colleagues at different Roche events; 制作所负责疾病领域的医学信息的内部培训材料并在不同罗氏活动中对医学和BA同事做培训。- Reviewing HCP PPTs and Roche promotion and internal training materials, and communicating with BA on issues related to publication in corresponding disease areas. 审查HCP幻灯片和罗氏推广及内部培训材料。与BA沟通HCP在相关疾病领域发表论文的相关事宜。Qualification You should hold:- At least Bachelor Degree in Science Degree preferably in Health Sciences or Clinical Diagnostics; 临床、医学、医药行业博士或硕士学历；- Ability to focus on developing and delivering key messages; 拥有开发和发布重要信息的能力；- Proficiency in both spoken and written English. 熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达。You should have 3-5 years of diverse healthcare experience in either Medical, Clinical or Marketing in a MNC company.
