职位描述： Position Summary:? Responsibility for scientific partnership with targeted hospitals/pathologists assigned? Ensuring quality biomarker test improving to benefit patients and support Roche biomarker based personalized healthcare? Providing consultant, training and trouble shooting on biomarkers to the internal stakeholders? Communication with internal stakeholders in accordance with company policies on biomarker strategy and activities.? Be the contactor of regional Biomarker related affairsResponsibilities:? Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the area of biomarkers;? Provide the latest biomarkers scientific information to internal stakeholders, and help the hospitals to improve their testing quality as request;? Responsible for organizing, leading and developing projects and action plans in accordance with national biomarker strategy (e.g. training, quality control, local meetings, events, conferences etc.)? Identify medical needs and opportunities in the area of biomarkers, developing specific actions that impact on the diagnosis quality improvement? Synergizing the work (projects, studies, etc.) with internal stakeholders? Contribute to the development of biomarker strategy and action plans 职能类别： 其他
