This is a fieldbased position dedicated to profiling and interacting with the external experts as described aboveand key internal and external customers, within fields related to Actelion’s products.?？Through scientific exchange and interaction with the experts, the Senior MSL will , providecompetent and reliable scientific data about disease state, Actelion’s marketed and unmarketedproducts, support clinical trial activities, and shape Actelion’s drug development andcommercial strategy.?？The role of the Senior MSL has a significant impact on the organization in ensuring theimplementation of MSL strategy/tactics and in contributing to Actelion’s recognition and reputationas a leading medical strategy/tactics biotechnology company.Collaborations and Scientific Exchange with External Experts?？Engage in profiling and outreach to external experts in relevant therapeutic areas?？Facilitate scientific exchange and education surrounding new data with external experts andother health care providers (HCPs) to ensure quality and accuracy of medical/scientificinformation including new upcoming or available Actelion treatment options, publications andareas of therapeutic interest?？Support efforts of HCPs for speaking skills development?？Identify and report back to a cross functional team the level of advocacy of established andfuture external experts.?？Takes on a leadership role in cross functional teams and provide up to date medical/scientificsupport to relevant experts to enable informed decision making for product listings in guidelines,formularies and in health economic assessments.?？Collect, report and analyze insights in appropriate CRM systems in line with regulatoryrequirements to facilitate understanding of its impact on Actelion’s strategy.?？Attend local, national and international meetings and congresses to maintain own level ofexpertise and to build efficient networks.Support for Clinical Development Activities?？Facilitate the operational aspects of investigator initiated research in line with internal SOPsand as per outlined internal processesMedical Information Support?？Receive and reply to medical inquiries received by HCP’s involving other medical teammembers and utilizing appropriate response documents as well as comply with data collectionsystems?？Provide competent and reliable medical/scientific information upon request to HCP’s aboutdisease state, Actelion’s marketed products or products in development.Scientific Internal Support?？Serve as a valuable resource for cross functional projects as assigned by local lineManagement?？Active cross functional cooperation with other medical team colleagues, HQ medical affairsand task/project related functions (eg. market access, marketing, regulatory affairs)？？ Support in targeted disease awareness and education campaigns necessary of Actelion’sproducts and projects？？ Actively support and provide medical training and educational support to internal and externalstakeholders？？ Collaborate actively with other Actelion colleagues to support scientific meetings and incollecting and interpreting insights, presentations and newly shared data.?？Acts as a mentor to junior MSL, assisting in development of less experienced colleagues.Strategic Intelligence?？Collect competitive clinical intelligence gained from the knowledge of the field and events andfacilitate sharing of this information to the local organization and HQ?？Follow-up on investigator driven research?？Stay updated within Actelion's areas of interest regarding publications, data presentations andscientific debates.Reporting?？Capture and log customer’s activities on CRM as per local process.?？Report on overall activities according to plans and agreed measures of Senior MSL effectiveness.Performance Assessment?？Measurement and assessment of effectiveness of the individual performance in line withfunctional / business requirements applying performance management systems matrix. 职能类别：医药学术推广
