职位描述： 岗位职责：1. 具有开展抗体项目研发能力， 尤其是杂交瘤抗体的研发。将带负责领不少于5个人的研发团队，从事杂交瘤抗体药物的早期开发。根据客户的要求对项目进行评估，负责制定研发计划并设计合理的筛选方案， 并带领团队按照方案予以实施完成：2. 指导和培训组内员工完成杂交瘤抗体的研发工作，促进抗体项目的顺利进行；3. 对实验数据进行归类、整理， 书写实验报告并就项目进展情况与客户进行沟通；定期向客户汇报项目进展情况。职位要求：1. 生化/分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学或相关专业硕士以上学历；2. 能熟练掌握单克隆抗体制备技术，具有5年以上抗体研发经验；3. 有较强的事业心和责任心，具有良好的服务意识和较强的沟通表达能力；4. 具有良好的英语读、写、说能力；5. 具有抗体药物研发经验者优先。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
