职位描述： 岗位职责:1. 服务器的日常维护，软件安装，数据存储、备份以及维护等；2. 利用生物信息学软件及统计学方法对测序数据进行分析，撰写分析报告；3. 结合生物学问题，进行测序数据进行深层挖掘；4. 制定分析方案，开发新的数据分析流程，升级以及维护。任职条件:1. 生物信息学、软件开发、统计学或相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；2. 熟练使用Linux操作系统，熟练使用一种或多种语言编程（C、C++、Java、Perl、Python等）；有算法设计、软件开发以及生物信息工作经验者优先考虑；3. 熟悉二代测序（Hiseq或Ion Torrent）平台常用信息分析软件和数据库，有基因组、转录组、表观遗传等分析经验者优先；4. 熟悉常用的统计分析软件（Matlab/R 等）；较强的统计学基础，具有整合数据的能力；5. 具有良好的英语读写能力和工作交流能力；6. 学习能力强，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
