职位描述： Job Qualifications:任职资格：1、 PhD degree, majoring in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, biomedical, physics, mathematics, and other equivalents电气、电子、计算机、生医、物理、数学等相关专业的博士学历2、 Familiar with signal processing, image processing, image reconstruction, inverse problems, X-ray characteristics including attenuation, scattering, and beam hardening熟悉信号处理、图像处理、图像重建、逆问题、X射线的特征包括衰减、散射和光束硬化等3、 Working knowledge of image quality requirements of any medical imaging products具有医学影像产品图像质量要求的工作知识4、 5+ years of experiences in Visual C/C++ or Linux C/C++, scripting languages such as Matlab, C shell, source/revision control tools有5年以上Visual C / C++或Linux下的C/ C ++，和包括Matlab，C shell 等脚本语言的编程开发经验，以及源代码版本控制工具5、 Hands-on capability to design and develop experiments and testing for trying and verifying new ideas independently非常强的动手能力，具有独立设计实验和开发测试方法的能力来尝试和验证新的想法6、 Very strong mathematics and physics background and computer modeling and simulation skills有非常强的数学和物理背景和计算机建模和仿真技能7、 Proficient in technical English精通技术英语8、 Development experiences with medical devices are preferred有医疗产品开发经验者优先9、 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as working independently具有优秀的沟通能力和协作能力，既能与团队合作也能独立工作Job Responsibilities:岗位职责：1、 Engaging in all phases of development of medical tomographic imaging systems and subsystems: concept, architecture, documentation, design, testing, integration, verification, validation, quality with a focus on image quality从事医学断层影像系统、子系统研发，以医学影像系统的图像质量为重点，包括从概念、体系结构、文档、设计、测试、集成、验证、到质量的所有阶段的开发设计2、 Characterizing x-ray tube and x-ray detector performance and developing mathematical models for compensating imperfection of related subsystems 对x射线管、X射线探测器和光路的仿真，开发用于补偿相关子系统缺陷的数学模型，以提高影像系统的图像质量3、 Developing, optimizing, and improving imaging systems calibration, reconstruction, and image processing algorithms开发、优化和改善成像系统校准、重建和图像处理的算法4、 Implementing and optimizing computationally intensive image reconstruction and image processing algorithms实现和优化计算量大的图像重建和图像处理算法5、 Expanding system imaging capabilities, improving customer satisfaction and achieving new levels of system functionality, performance, product reliability and quality through interactions with customers通过与客户的互动，扩展系统成像能力，提高客户满意度，并使系统的功能、性能、产品的可靠性和质量达到一个新的水平6、 Communicating and working with hardware, software, mechanical engineers for image quality issues, optimization, and testing通过和硬件、软件、机械、等其他研发工程师一起工作和沟通，解决图像质量问题，优化图像质量，完成图像质量的测试7、 Documenting image quality specifications, developing testing methods and designing testing phantoms for image quality verification and system diagnosis书写图像质量规范，开发图像质量测试方法，并设计用于图像质量验证和系统诊断测试用的各种模型8、Providing technical support for transferring products from design to production对生产提供技术支持 职能类别： 高级软件工程师 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 影像 图像 实习
