职位描述: ?Be the first point of contact for support therapeutic team, Admin Support to Branch office medical colleagues?Provide Project Management and Coordination support for in-house Medical projects, such as Round-Table Discussion, Congress Participation, Advisory Board Meeting, etc. Activities include: prepare contract for speaker; support internal review and approval process; compliance cross-checking; multiple internal systems’ processes; vendor management from begin to the end. Collect teams feedback , give solution to optimize internal process work smoothly?Organize monthly meetings including agenda and Meeting minutes development, action plan follow up , DAH’s calendar management/travel arrangements, expense report processing, Bi-monthly maintain team origination chart and contact list?Facilitate on boarding/off boarding process ,reminder line manager before /after timeline with to do list to improve new comers on/off boarding experience?Regularly provide updates on company policy, Mainly on Compliance Policy and T&E Policy to all functional team member. Control and supervise continuously whether functional teams have followed these.?Support Medical Operations manager, coordinate and organize regular training to Medical team, manage any surveys obtaining feedback from attendees.?Support Medical Operations manager to control and track Medical department Expense and Budget by TA level.?Centralized document filing and management of Medical documents (excluding clinical trials)?Medical education program execution and process follow      Qualification and Other Requirement:?1 year of relevant experience in managing or coordinating projects and administrative function?Successful performance in a matrix organization with strong interpersonal skills?Able to interpret and exchange information accurately and effectively?B.S. or Business Administration; medical or pharmaceutical background preferred?Familiar with office software ,Word ,Excel and PPT ,ect .With project management knowledge, concept, and experience is a plus?Good at Mandarin and English?Candidate should be extremely organized and have a desire to complete tasks on-time.?Candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision, have good initiative and follow-up, and focus on details while understanding how work fits into mission of the organization.?Candidate must use good judgment in handling confidential and proprietary information.?Candidate must have proactive communication style and build successful relationships with people. 职能类别: 其他
