职位描述： CompanyOur client company is a digital agency specialized in Healthcare communication and multichannel marketing.They help pharmaceutical companies to improve their communication strategy, to create stronger campaigns and contents to deploy their digital initiatives.Their products and services portfolio is composed of eDAs, Patients/Physicians centric Mobile APPs, Social Media (Wechat, Weibo), CMS, Congress digitalization tools, multi-channel platforms, VR/AR, …They build strong partnership with their customers to get in-sync with their global vision and allow faster and easier process.ResponsibilityAs a Medical Manager, the job holder will:?Meet clients to determine requirements and define the scope of work.?Clarify client's system specifications; understand their work practices and the nature of their business.?Perform researches, review clients’ data and provide medical analysis compliant with regulatory formats.?Work with creative and account teams to turn medical insights and strategy into creative and education campaigns for HCPs, patients and market functions.?Assists in strategic planning, strategic medical writing and management reporting.?Manage and take the lead of the company medical team.?Perform ongoing client management and project work.?Organize training for users and other consultants.?Be involved in sales and maintain a good relationship with clients.Requirement?5 years or more of working experience - Pharmaceutical background is required.?Analytical and critical thinking skills.?Ability to train and mentor others.?Strong team and collaborative skills.?Adapt to changes in the work environment.?Computer proficiency.?Native Mandarin speaker – Good in French or English is a plus.?Energetic, pro-active and flexible attitude, good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.?Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Scientific, clinical, pharmaceutical, medicine or relative.Please send your resume to: sh-recruitment@ccifc.org 职能类别： 医药销售经理/主管 医疗器械市场推广
