职位描述： 1.Manage inspection and Food and Drug Control Agency import test process and ongoing operations including monitoring, prioritization and test protocol irregularities2.Develop expertise to manage relationships with import test agencies3.Familiarize with import test process and build rapport with test agencies4.Manage 3PL in import test and sample coordination to drive good performance and cost effectiveness5.Align and mobilize cross functional resources to address critical testing issues to ensure continuous supply (ACDS, QA, RA, and Commercial Operations)Collaborate with SCM team to achieve department goals and objectives6.Coordinate and facilitate to deal with testing issues as the company contract window7.Collaborate with SCM team to achieve department goals and objectives8.Other assignments as per business needsKey Responsibilities and Competencies:1. Oversight the imported pharmaceutical products/material import test process to ensure the full and on time release2. Be able to have preliminary technical discussion with agency lab and bridge between agency lab and oversea manufacture site lab experts for further collaboration.3. Liaise with test authority and government agencies for business and technical purposes4. Manage the performance and relationship with 3PL in import test monitoring and sampling coordination5. Develop and optimize the import test monitoring process to drive operations excellenceExpected Skills and QualificationsEducation: . Bachelor degree or above, major in pharma, chemistry related is preferable. Experience:1.At least 3 years' relevant working experience2.Hands on knowledge of import test monitoring for pharmaceutical products/material3.Familiarity with lab testing methods and procedures4.Solid experiences/ knowledge in analytical testing areas and biologic product testing background5.Supply Chain knowledge is a plus6.Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP7.Excellent communication and negotiation skills8.Good in English Speaking and Writing9.Passionate, team player, and willing to learn and take extra responsibility 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
