职位描述: OverviewThe Compliance Manager based in Shanghai, China is a newly created role that will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer at the US Headquarters. This position will have the opportunity to engage with the Legal, Internal Audit and other key functional areas throughout the global business operation to drive the Compliance initiatives of the company, specifically supporting the Asia Pacific Region. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with drive and initiative to work within a collaborative environment.Responsibilities?Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures related to compliance activities and protocol, as well as participate in the development of the Compliance Training curriculum, course management and attendance recording.?Collaborate closely with colleagues in Legal, Internal Audit, HR, Finance and other core functions in order to direct compliance issues through the appropriate channels for investigation and resolution as well as work towards future improvements as the Compliance Program evolves.?Maintain documentation and databases of all compliance activities, to include complaints received or investigation outcomes.?Perform targeted and repetitive testing as part of the monitoring program.?Review metrics and reporting from across the organization in order to identify emerging or potential risks and trends?Monitor distributor compliance, including working with Audit function to perform compliance audits of distributor network?Monitor performance of the compliance program and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other departments,and related activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness and coordinating remediation efforts?Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provide guidance for future occurrences?Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies and procedures by evaluation or recommending the initiation of investigative proceduresQualifications?Bachelor’s degree required: preferably in accounting, finance, law, business management, or a related field required?Advanced degree such as MBA or MS in Accounting in Finane is preferred and Juris Doctorate or Compliance Certification is a strong plus?7+ years of compliance experience required (medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry preferred), including training responsibilities and experience with drafting policies, managing training programs and performing testing and monitoring activities, preferably in compliance or legal business function.?In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory and compliance requirements (including but not limited to, Anti-kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act and other global regulations), with an understanding of how these requirements apply to the organization’s daily operations.?Highly motivated with the ability to be proactive, take initiative, and carefully monitor, follow through, and complete projects in a professional and timely manner.?Strong business and financial acumen, with demonstrated understanding of core business processes.?Experience in the development, initiation, maintenance, and revision of policies and procedures for the general operation of a Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.?Ability to work in a matrixed, multidisciplinary organization with a global footprintPlease apply this job through the link below:https://internationalcareers-waters.icims.com/jobs/7528/compliance-manager/job?mobile=false&width=1080&height=500&bga=true&needsRedirect=false&jan1offset=480&jun1offset=480 职能类别: 其他
