职位描述： 岗位职责：1。负责仪器分析组日常管理工作，包括工作安排、文件共写修订、人员培训等2。负责药品原辅材料、中间品及成品的仪器分析3。负责设备的日常管理、维护4。负责的检验方法的优化及方法学验证5。建立质量标准，根据药典6。上级领导安排的其他工作任职要求：1。化学、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历2.2年以上生物制药行业从事仪器分析工作（HPLC、GC、IR）相关工作经验，一年以上的管理经验3。有丰富的色谱仪操作经验和良好的GMP意识4。熟悉GMP及相关法规要求，有良好的GMP意识5。做事责任心强，思维活跃，善于沟通，有专研精神 职能类别： 化学分析测试员
