职位描述： Principal Accountabilities:A Sales processa. Achieve personal Sales Target, enhance sales of productb. Establish and maintain clients relationship with MDT 1 Identification of potential clients 2 Clarify and follow up clients’ inquiriesc. Insure the sales payment on time according to the sales contractB. Managementa. Supervise sales team and result in the areab. Organize weekly sales meeting and report the meeting minutes to RSMc. Support dealers sales people to organizesales activities with customersd. Lead and train dealers sales team to improve sales ability and assist them when in needC. Othersa. Cooperate with marketing partners in regionb. Cooperate with other departments in MDT Chinac. Exchange market information with Application Specialist and Product Managersd. Maintain MDT product brande.
