职位描述: Principal Accountabilities:-Lead large bidding projects / International funded projects-Build and remain the relationship with Government Official / KOL and the related Associations / military-To effectively manage the tendering and bidding requirements at a provincial level.-Make recommendations on structure, systems and accountability for an effective tendering organization.-Establish a working knowledge of the tendering process across china and develop relationships with key government agencies.-Manage the preparation, coordination and review of all tenders / contracts/ PPA agreements for the respective business units, prior to submission.-Notify Marketing and Sales Managers in sufficient time prior to contract and price expiries to allow re-negotiation.-Liaising with customer service Team to ensure the loading of all tender and PPA Agreement pricing has been actioned in a timely and accurate manner and ensuring tracking of all information.-In conjunction with the relevant Regional Managers and Product Manager develop and maintain a 12 month rolling tender matrix detailing upcoming tenders/expiries.-Work with relevant Regional Manager and Product Managers to develop complete tender packages.-Assist Regional and Product Managers in appropriate pre and post tender activities.-Manage whole post tender process for respective province/city – including following up unsuccessful tenders, communicate competitive information to marketing intelligence-and relevant product managers both in terms of prices (where available) and competitor’s standard terms.-Work in conjunction with the Divisional Manager and Customer Logistics Manager to ensure all Contract methodologies – Reports – Standard Tender responses etc are of a consistent nature and consistent amongst the regions where possible.-Work in conjunction with division managers, regional managers and sales assistants to ensure a sound working knowledge of all Tender requirements for provinces and cities to ensure a comprehensive backup / assistance in times of either vacation or heavy –uneven work load.-Enhance the relationship with key hospitals (Top 50 hospitals in china)-Work in conjunction with division managers, regional managers to develop our- market share in VIP hospital-Lead Ligasure product change application project of Medical Service Pricing- Work in conjunction with marketing staff, regional sales managers, to achieve ligasure-Pricing application in order to develop sales growthExperience:-Supervisory/management experience desirable.-Previous experience with multi layer pricing and contracts.-Previous experience with tenders and Government relationship management.-Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.-Prior project management experience.-Ability to prioritise and manage multiple pending deadlines.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-High level of system skills especially Excel and Word-Multi-tasking, flexibility and the ability to cope with high customer demands. 职能类别: 医疗器械销售代表 关键字: 销售代表 医疗 销售代表 医药 销售代表 医疗 器械 销售代表 药代
