职位描述: Job Responsibilities:1. Develop, conduct and deliver research studies independently,?Provide expertise in designing statistical methodologies for IMS Global Statistical business and provide ongoing analytical support for delivering standard or customized Market Research Studies of Global market.?Perform regular statistical method design, analysis, and programming activities independently, and support complex cross-functional activities by applying proper statistical methodologies in project situations under guidance and coaching.?Support new offering development and existing method enhancement, statistical quality control method, external/internal client proposals, ad-hoc requests, and complex data investigations.?Proactively manage own project timeline, ensure the final outputs are of high quality and meeting clients’ research needs.?Initiate improvement recommendations and alternative solutions for problem solving.2. Manage effective statistical communication upon project needs independently?Outline statistical requirements per overall project objective, translate client business needs into requirements, and specify statistical analysis plan accordingly.?Derive conclusions from the study and statistical outputs, and prepare written summaries or reports of study results with proper data visualization expertise.?Interpret data with proper business meaning, draw conclusions and provide Stat recommendation on client actions.?Develop and maintain partnership with key cross-function/cross-region project stakeholders under IMS global structure.3. Assist project lead or manager in coaching and supervising junior team members?Help develop project plan of bigger scope, conduct desk research for method exploration, perform validation of statistical analysis and create standard approach for repeated processes.?Provide on-the-job coaching, quality checks and knowledge sharing to junior team members.Requirements: ?Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Economics, Computer Sciences or related quantitative science degree; Solid Statistical knowledge includes understanding of multivariate statistics, sampling methods, regression and forecasting.?2-4 years’ market research experiences, preferably market research (either client or agency) or management science positions in pharmaceutical or healthcare areas; Statistical methodology design and/or quantitative data analysis experience.?Good at SAS (Base, STAT, Macro, SQL, etc.)R, SPSS or a structured programming language is required; Must be proficient in MS Office; Experience with SQL/Tableau(or other data visualization tools) is preferred.?Result oriented, good time management and strong learning ability.?Proficient in oral and written English.主要职责:1. 负责公司相关产品数据分析、模型设计等工作2. 负责全球医药行业数据的整合、整理与分析,推动数据模型的构建与完善,充分实现数据的商业价值3. 通过大数据分析模型来指导客户业务发展,为客户商业决策提供专业数据策略分析报告职位要求:1.硕士学历及以上,统计、数学及其他相关专业,在相关领域 2-4年工作或项目经验2.具备扎实的数据分析、统计建模能力,熟练使用SAS/R等统计软件3.具备有效的沟通能力和问题解决能力4.具备良好的职业素养、执行力和团队协作能力 职能类别: 情报信息分析人员 临床数据分析员 关键字: data minging statistics analysis 数据挖掘 统计分析 R SAS python SQL
