职位描述: 主要职责:- 整合医疗诊断及手术、医疗器械相关市场数据,验证数据有效性,完成数据与标准数据库的匹配;- 对数据进行精密的质量控制,确保数据报告的准确性和及时交付;- 多渠道追踪、核查信息,及时更新和有效维护参考数据库及历史数据库;- 与其他团队密切合作,并基于有效的数据调研为客户提出的数据疑问提供快速、准确的反馈;- 持续支持内部工作流程优化、改善工作绩效。职位要求:- 正规院校全日制本科或硕士毕业,临床医学、基础医学、医学信息等相关专业;临床或医院护理工作经验者更佳;- 了解一定的医疗诊断、手术相关知识,广泛了解医疗器械、耗材产品,对医疗健康行业相关动态有敏锐的洞察力;- 做事细心、有条理,并具有极强的责任心;学习能力强、擅长团队合作;- 熟悉ICD9/ICD10编码规则,或有手术室相关工作经验者优先;- 熟练使用Office软件,如Word, Excel等;掌握FoxPro、Access等数据库工具者优先。Responsibilities:- Integrate and verify the accuracy of medical diagnosis or surgical data; bridge and match data with IMS reference data files;- Perform careful and detailed Quality Control on data, ensuring the accuracy and on-time delivery of the data report;- Track information through internal and external sources to ensure the reference database and historical database is updated and well maintained;- Closely work with other teams to provide prompt and precise feedback on data queries from clients based on data investigations;- Consistently support the team to fine-tune workflow and improve performance.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree, majored in clinical medicine, preclinical medicine, medical informatics or related discipline; or bachelor’s degree, majored in nursing, with 2+ years of work experience in hospitals;- Good knowledge of medical diagnosis and surgical operations, and good sense on the development and trend of the healthcare industry;- Organized, detailed-oriented and accountable; quick learner and team player;- Work experience related to ICD9/10 coding or surgical operations would be a plus;- Frequent user of MS Office tools, such as Word, Excel etc.; knowledge of database applications like FoxPro and Access is a plus. 职能类别: 调研员 临床研究员 关键字: 医学 临床 数据分析 医疗
