职位描述： Overall responsibility/missionEnsures the fulfillment of regulatory and Pharmacovigilance requirements in compliance with Health Authorities regulations and support the evaluation of new business opportunities and developments also monitoring external regulatory environments.Main ResponsibilitiesCompliance to RA legislation? Assist line manager to develop regulatory strategy of AW products in China, including new application, supplemental application and renewal application? Prepare and submit registration application dossiers, follow up the testing procedures, technical evaluation, approval procedure and obtain the licenses.? Update the registration status and discuss the key issues with line manager in time.? Set up and maintain good relationships with BLs and health authorities. Provide updated regulation & policy information to support the BLs in aspect of regulatory.? Track/Collect/Update relevant laws, regulations and technical guidelines related to Drugs in time.? Assistance internal SOP updates, files records and other works authorized by line manager.Compliance with Pharmacovigilance legislationEnsure that all Pharmacovigilance activities are conducted in accordance with BPL SOP's, BPL Work Instructions, Good Pharmacovigilance Practice and regulatory requirements. Ensures the accuracy and timely management, notification and transmission of adverse drug reaction to relevant authorities or/and to the other companies according to their agreements.
