职位描述： Responsibility:1.Take the lead of Special Execution Group Liquid Dosage team (freeze dryer and ALUS) for project execution2.Allocate resources within the org. unit and manage the interfaces with other org. unit3.Managing complex projects and utilize shared resources4.P&L responsibility for localized freeze dryer and ALUS business in APC Pharma China.5.Support the R&C sales team for freeze dryer and ALUS business. Bridging the sales support issue between RC team and APC Pharma Liquid dosage team.6.Continuously monitor and have market analysis on freeze dryer and ALUS market to report regularly to the head of APC Pharma China7.Prepares and maintains technical and sales presentations to RC sales team and customers.8.Writes or translate proposals ranging from letter format budgetary style, to comprehensive documents for turnkey concepts, and present to customers.9.Prepares budgetary and comprehensive cost estimates to develop prices for customized systems.10.With R&C Sales negotiates final contracts including pricing and technical terms and conditions.11.Execution of the APC Pharma PMT (Pharma Management Team) or APC Pharma China strategy as well as planning and execution of tactical/ operational activities to support the strategy.12.Proactively support technology transfer from APC Pharma to workshop in Shijiazhuang.13.Proactively seeking ways to expand the APC Pharma business, increase market share and profitability e.g. by offering new services and solutions14.Local support for hybrid or imported project execution in ChinaObjectives:1.State-of-the-art efficient project management2.Proper project planning & budget control with fulfill customer expectation & contract obligation3.Building up local competence to be the technology leader in Liquid Dosage in ChinaRequirement of the candidate:？Based in Beijing？Fluent English？Strong background in both Pharmaceutical process understanding and freeze dryer machinery experience.？ 职能类别： 总监/部门经理 生物工程/生物制药
