Owns the knowledge of specific pharmaceutical manufacturing process technologies, locally, in-cluding any pilot scale, scale up or down, and Design of Experiments (DoE).拥有某一药品制造工艺的技术知识，本地化，包括中试，批量放大或减少，以及实验设计。?
