职位描述: Job PurposeThe Technology Platform Supply Network Planner (SNP) reports to the Head of SCM Technology Platform or Cluster. The SNPs are organized by brands/product assortments, technology platforms, and global processes. They have functional responsibility for the production planning of the global supply network assigned to them, within the tactical horizon (0-36 months). In addition the SNPs are responsible for the DS and DP demand in the tactical and strategic horizon (3-10 years).This is a highly visible position that will require strategic thinking, communication, negotiation and influence abilities, presentation skills, and knowledge of the business. The SNP represents Technology Platform SCM in multidisciplinary governance meetings: drug substance demand alignment with ChemOps, ESO and BTDM; brand demand alignment with the Demand Management Centre; and management business review for Technology Platform Inventory.Major AccountabilitiesThe SNPs are organized by brands/product assortments to support Commercial Supply Chain teams with network supply and inventory optimization, supply and inventory reporting and projecting, supply and capacity bottlenecks, dependent demand coordination and consolidation, supply support teams (SST), support risk management (SRM), and ad hoc requests for analysis. In addition, the SNPs are responsible for consolidating input from the Demand Centre, Supply Units and Technology Platform Strategy in preparation for the Long Term Demand and Capacity Plan (LTDCP).?The SNP optimizes supply and inventory plans throughout the Technology Platform Supply network in collaboration with the Site Tactical Planners, Demand Management Centre, and Global Technology Platform Inventory Manager, to support the agreed service levels (OTIF, Stock outs, min/max levels) and supply strategies by technology and brand or commercial prioritization.?The SNP leads Supply Scenario Analysis across the Technology Platform network within the tactical horizon, makes proposals for decisions using a Standard COGs versus Inventory Impact Assessment Package, and escalates to Technology Platform IBP Supply Review.?The SNP defines, implements and monitors supply and capacity performance across the network of technology assets assigned to them, within the Tactical horizon (using RCCP).?The SNP owns supply plans across network and monthly monitors deviations versus budget, for both volumes and inventory at site and network level.?The SNP is responsible for the coordination of supply and capacity bottleneck management to avoid or minimize stock out risks for markets and patients. The SNP follows a formal process bottleneck management process, creates E2E scenarios in collaboration with tactical planners across sites, conducts bottleneck team meetings, and communicates to key stakeholders.?The DP/FP SNP is responsible for Drug Substance Dependent Demand completeness and accuracy and works closely with DS SNPs to ensure DS availability for the Technology Platform and ESO supply plans. The SNP supports the prioritization of DS planned deliveries and DS release plans.?The DP/FP SNP is responsible for Drug Product Dependent Demand completeness and accuracy and works closely with Site Tactical Planners to optimize inventory and supply for the Technology Platform and ESO supply plans.?The SNP supports supply risk management process and responds to ad hoc requests for analysis or information regarding supply chain risks and opportunities.The DP/FP SNPs are organized by technology platforms for functional responsibility in coordinating site tactical planners in preparation of supply plans within the tactical horizon, preparation of rough cut capacity planning (RCCP), supply scenario analysis, production planning parameters.?The SNP coordinates Site Tactical Planners in creation of the site supply plans across the network for assigned brands/product assortments, will play a key coordination role in de-coupled production, and also dual/multiple product sourcing networks. The SNP is a participant of the Site IBP Supply Review.?The SNP ensures global consistency of planning master data and optimal use of SAP for production planning. Key actions are taken to review and approve planning parameters with the sites: yield, production losses, minimum order quantities, Safety Stocks at de-coupling points, campaign strategy, order frequency, STD/VMI vs MTO, and DS Equivalent.The SNPs are organized by global processes for ownership and support of key monthly and annual responsibilities: drug substance demand management, drug product inventory management, Plant CH01 provisioning (for Pharma brands) and write-off, and Technology Platform and TechOps IBP Supply Review.?The SNP supports strategic projects led by NTO Supply Chain and Technology Platform Strategy and ensures execution of Life Cycle Projects such as Transfers, Divestments, Launches, and Pruning projects.?The SNP is a member of the Supply Support Teams (SST) responsible for defining the bridging stock required to support a life cycle event.?The SNP owns the Dynamic Demand Planning Tool (DDP) used for demand consolidation in the strategic horizon. The SNP ensures related master data completeness and accuracy.?The SNP are responsible for consolidation of the DS and DP demand based on independent demand input from the DMC in the tactical and strategic horizons.?The SNP represents Technology Platform SCM in multidisciplinary governance meetings led by Global Brand Leads, ChemOps SCM, Demand Management Centre, and SCM Inventory Management.?The SNP Identifies and leads initiatives to improve and simplify assigned business processes in the areas of Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Materials Planning and Detail Scheduling. The SNP will represent Technology Platform sites in multidisciplinary business process enhancements led by the overall global BPOs (Business Process Owners).?The SNP ensures process adherence across functions and sites by providing appropriate training and documentation.?The SNP contributes to maintenance and development of process-relevant tools to enable supply and inventory planning, demand consolidation, bottleneck management, and scenario analysis.Key Performance Indicators?Customer Service Level?Backorder?FP Stock adherence (STD/VMI)?DS, DP, and FP OTIF?RCCP Capacity Load Profiles?Material Master Data Accuracy?DP/FP Availability?DP Demand Forecast Accuracy?DS Demand Forecast Accuracy?DP Inventory target adherence, value including unreleased material?Write off target per category and siteIdeal BackgroundEducation:BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience. Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferredLanguages:Excellent command of English with a second / third language preferredExperience:?Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience ideally gained in the pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharma or similar industries across various disciplines;?Basic, working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and current expectations;?People management experience including leading cross-function team preferred;?Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills;?Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation development skills;?Ability to facilitate conversations and drive towards decisions;?Some level of change and project management experience.
