职位描述: 主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibilities:?Brand Management 品牌管理 30%oDevelop and implement brand marketing plan, including targeting, key message communication, promotion focus, etc. 制定并落实品牌市场推广计划,包括产品定位,产品推广重点,关键信息传递等oLead market research projects 领导开展市场调研项目oLaunch new product by developing pricing strategy, positioning strategy, branding strategy and promotion plan, etc. 新产品上市的规划,包括制定定价策略,市场定位策略,品牌形象规划,推广活动设计等。oPrepare sales forecast and/or manage inventories, accurately forecast product demand at various points in the product lifecycle in collaborate with Commercial Director.与商务总监协作,提高销量预测协助管理库存,准确预估产品需求?Activity execution 活动执行 40%oDevelop full-year marketing activity agenda 设计全年品牌市场活动计划oImplement marketing activities within budget 在预算范围内执行市场活动oMonthly update marketing expense and budget 月度更新市场费用和预算跟踪?Internal and external communication 内外部沟通 30%oConduct field visit with Deps. and D&B team. 与各部门和商务团队进行区域拜访。oCreate sales tools for sales team and distributors within budget 在预算范围内制作销售推广工具oBuild up external and internal education materials 制作内外部品牌教育/疾病教育相关材料oCollect competitor information and monitor market trend 收集竞品信息和市场动态趋势oKeep good communication with KOLs, esp. national level and regional level KOLs 与专家保持良好沟通,尤其是全国专家或区域性专家oHelp sales team to conduct some customer presentations 协助销售团队针对客户做产品推广oPromote company products through social media通过社交媒体推广公司产品任职条件Qualifications: (关键专业技能和行为技能Key technical skills & Key behavior skills)?Bachelor degree majored in medical, marketing , business or related 正规院校本科毕业,医学、市场、商科或其他相关专业?Minimum 5 year experience in marketing or sales in medical industry, more than 2 years’ product marketing management experience 至少5年医药或医疗器械行业的市场或销售经验,至少2年产品管理经验?Result-oriented with creativity, flexibility and willing to change 以结果为目标,富有创新精神,灵活,愿意接受挑战?Understand marketing mechanisms in medical industry and able to implement them to brand strategy 了解医疗市场运作机制,并能应用到产品策略中?Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills 具有较强的数据分析能力,及有效结果问题的能力?Mature ability on independent working, organizing, communication and coordination 成熟的独立工作、组织、沟通和协调能力?Excellent computer literate, esp.
