职位描述： Responsibilities:Direct develop and implement program activities focused on the design, development and manufacturing of urology products .Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project teams to ensure projects/programs progress.Assign resources and actively oversee cross functional development projects.Interact and proactively forge new relationships with external partners, including Global Product Development functions, commercial partners, surgeons, and regulatory agencies.Review required information for the Design History Files (DHF).Provide technical product support for surgeons & sales force.Identify and evaluate new technologies for product development applications.Identify, prioritize and resource base business activities such as technical support of existing products.Provide consultation and direction regarding market trends.Consult with marketing regarding the formalization of market plans for the respective product lines and product development launches.Propose & implement improvements to company related systems, procedures and specifications to improve product development efficiency and quality.Strictly maintain confidential Information and intellectual property (IP) includes Product development information, designs, trade secrets, government reporting and legal matters, sales volumes and marketing strategies.All work will be carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ability to comply with the Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.Effectively communicates with Franchise and local cross functional leaders, as well as regional and local commercial teams.Define priorities on assigned projects or across multiple projects, for R&D and cross functional project team members.Make decisions which may significantly impact product development activities which have broad impact to the department or business.Ability to manage and allocate resources to assigned projects which result in completing projects on time and within budget.Guide technical staff on company related technical, policy, training, business issues and professional development.Required Competencies and SkillsB.S. in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering. An advanced degree (Masters) in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering is strongly preferred. MBA and/or PhD is a plus. Or Equivalent experiences.Minimum 5 years related product development experiences (medical devices preferred) or equivalent experiences.Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills. Exhibits effective time management and decision making skills. Ability to effectively utilize both written and oral communications formats when making presentations. Demonstrates a high level of initiative.Maintain and enhance working relationships with existing design surgeons and customers. Participate in defining surgeon consultants for future projects.Ability to effectively use coaching, mentoring, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure delivery of product and technology portfolio.Knowledge of ISO and GMP regulatory requirements preferred.Strong verbal & written communication skills in English is a MUST . 职能类别： 医疗器械研发 关键字： R&D Manager
