职位描述： 岗位职责：1. 产品开发全流程：包括产品设计，模夹具设计，样品测试，文档整理，生产人员培训；2. 生产工艺开发：包括工艺设计，设备开发，工艺验证，工艺维护改进；3. 产品质量问题解决：包括产品质量问题的分析和改进，客户投诉的跟进；4. 跟进产品上市：包括手术跟台，医生意见反馈的收集，协助市场部进行产品推广。任职要求：1. 学历水平：大学本科以上学历，机械专业，英语4~6级（能独立完成英文文件的撰写）；2. 工作经验：3年以上工作经验，最好具有大型制造业背景，对质量体系和工作流程非常熟悉；3. 技能要求：能熟练使用SolidWorks，ProE，AutoCAD等制图软件；能独立完成模夹具的设计跟进；能独立跟进项目；4. 素质要求：能吃苦耐劳，工作主动性强，责任心强，学习能力好，能服从上级安排的工作计划，稳定性好；5. 其他要求：热爱医疗行业，具有工作热情，英文口语能基本沟通，能适应国外出差。备注: 明年将搬至公司自有物业--先健科技大厦办公，“高新园”地铁口步行5分钟 职能类别： 医疗器械研发 机械工程师
