职位描述: Key Areas of Responsibility:1. Service Operations— Responsible for Customer returned NC product from domestic and oversea, including but not limit to recording return reason, data analysis, initial inspection and trend analysis. Consolidate information and share with Quality, R&D, Production and other related sections in order to offer solutions.— Work closely with internal groups (logistic, manufacturing, quality, engineering, planning, procurement ) to develop the service requirements documents and improve performance and process— Collect test or inspection results and give feedback to relevant customers constantly— Discover existing and potential defects of product and report to related departments for product reliability improvement2. CSR and Technical Support— Being the first contact person for any post sales issues, including providing technical instruction to customers for proper handling of various products, on site repairing and replacement procedures.— Liaison with customer internationally and domestically for collecting the information of products with malfunction, including defective stage (material inspection, final testing and end user usability), malfunction symptom (Imaging performance or acoustic performance).— Arranging customer satisfaction survey quarterly and annually in terms of product price, packaging, delivery and service. Share the information collected from customers with relevant departments to enhance the performance and competitiveness of Apex product.3. Service Record and Customer Database— Make and maintain service record of technical and service activities for future tracking and analysis on service operations— Establishment and management of customer service information database in system— Analyze business operations data to identify actionable trends.4. Service Logistic— Interface between customer and logistic department for the pre-work of shipment, including customer returned NC products arrangement and tracking the status of shipment— Spare parts management for returned NC product from domestic and international customers.— Coordination with international customers regarding returned products from overseas, ensuring all the returned items can be completely repaired within designated time frame.5. Account payable and Financial Management— Monitor and track account payable from service of key accounts with Finance dept.— Assist to deal with other financial issues6. Quality— Organize monthly meeting for reporting the statistic of the NC product, responsible for recording customer feedback and complaints, filling customer feedback or complaint form and dealing individual case with corresponding company S.O.P.— Responsible for assisting QC department with C.A.P.A and updating customer with the latest status.— Responsible for marketing department QC related issues and document management, such as customer satisfaction questionnaire, customer credit grade info and etc., and controlling of in-house QC documents.— Coordination with production line regarding the quality test of finished products with specially designed test equipment for certain customers7. Service Program Establishment— Responsible for establishing service programs for new launches , including formulating post sales support , response time, technical documents, repair specification and procedures.— Coordination with global service organization and internal departments to set up standard Philips post sales procedures for ultrasound products to meet customer expectation on service8. Performance/Process Improvement and others— Drive the determination of root causes and solutions to operational issues by utilizing a structured process improvement methodology.— Set up creative service operation model to drive the business profitable in order to meet long term target— Responsible for invoicing service/repair and providing assistance to financial issues— Other works, projects and missions assignedJob Requirements & Skills:?Education: Bachelor or above in business, industrial engineering or related field.?Experience: 5 years?Competency and Skills:??— Excellent communication skills with English speaking?— Ultrasound/Transducer industrial experience and knowledge of quality and manufacture?— Strong working knowledge of international and domestic service/business practices.?— Basic understanding of cost and financial principles?— Service Delivery experience in medical equipment industry?— Good ownership and self-motivation ;?— Creativity, Customer Focus and Technical Learning 职能类别: 医疗器械销售代表
