职位描述: Job Role - Client ServicingLocation - Shanghai1. To coordinate with Chinese Clientele of Indegene & communicate efficiently between Indegene (English) & counterpart in China (Chinese).2. Translation of English Projects to Chinese language & vice-versa3. Interpretation of all written & telephonic communication.4. Support team members to liaise for all telecommunication & mails on behalf of Indegene to its Chinese clientele and vice-versa.5. Achieve high degree of client satisfaction through execution & delivery of small size / large size projects independently6. Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Anticipate client side bottlenecks in plan execution and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication.7. Handle multiple projects independently in the coming months.8. Manage multifunctional teams and build a conducive work atmosphere9. Secure assets, conduct review meetings and obtain and document feedback to ensure timely completion of projectsDesired Profile:1. You need to have 5 - 8 years of experience2. Experience in client services or project management in the pharmaceutical or related industries.3. An experience of atleast 3 years in a client facing role.4. You should have a strong people management skills5. Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills6.
