职位描述： 药品质量总监/高级医药质量经理-有医药行业美国海外工作及留学背景优先工作职责1.组织制定、完善品质保证体系，确保形成完善的全流程质量安全管理体系；2.推动、维护和持续改进质量管理体系；3.贯彻执行药品管理及相关法律法规，围绕企业质量方针，组织和规范企业质量管理工作；4.负责各部门SOP的起草、审核和管理。确保生产和质量控制活动有明确规程，并确认其符合现行cGMP规定；5.审核项目研究和验证方案及报告，审核注册资料。确保内容和数据符合cGMP和法规要求；6.负责物料供应商、委托加工、委托检验单位的的质量评估；7.制定公司内部和cGMP自检计划并组织实施，确保质量管理体系有效运行；8.参与新厂建设、技术改造、关键生产设备选用，以及风险评估；9.确保员工接受必要的cGMP培训，建立年度GMP培训计划；10.领导和管理质量部门的日常工作。确保质量部门员工的工作达到质量要求。职位要求1.药物分析相关专业，具有医药相关质量管理经验；2.博士以上学历，5年以上的相关经验；3.具有海外工作及留学背景优先；4.熟悉中国及美国药典法规；5.具有优秀的管理能力、强烈的责任心、团队精神和沟通协调能力；6.良好的中英文沟通能力。 职能类别： 药品生产/质量管理 质量管理/测试经理(QA/QC经理) 关键字： 药品质量 药品生产 QC 药品管控 cGMP ANDA 仿制药
