职位描述： Responsibilities:1、Provide data support with quality and accuracy for global market2、Provide sales and marketing analysis and insights for global market3、Translate business questions into usable report supported by rigorous analysis4、Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as neededRequirements:1、Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity ensuring the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously2、Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of the organization (verbal, written and presentation skills)3、Excellent problem solving skills, details oriented with focus on quality and accuracy4、2-3 years of working experience in an Analyst position ideally in a pharma/biotech environment5、Expert in using analytical and Power point tools (e.g. MS Excel; MS Access)6、Experience with the 3rd party pharmaceutical data like IMSPreferred requirements:1、Expertise in creating and deploying best practices and methodologies;2、Working in a matrix structure supporting the business across the global organization;3、Knowledge about developing business cases for technical projects with a lot of uncertainties;4、Familiarity with different modelling techniques such as data modelling and/or predictive modelling.5、Expertise or at least familiarity with big data solutions such as Hadoop, MapReduce and/or HBase;6、Experience in operationalizing data governance and data Quality 职能类别： 其他
