职位描述: 4.1 Development and support of scientific contacts with KOLs via educational and research initiatives. Research initiatives can span clinical or/and preclinical Investigator Initiated Studies.A – Manage the investigator initiated studies’ proposals and publication of data?Ensure understanding and adherence to Working Instructions for investigators, as well as with local laws and regulations?Ensure completeness and quality of proposal submitted to Global Review Committee, fitting UCB developmental strategies?Evaluate reliability and competence of site to conduct and complete the study?Ensure timelines and quality of follow up with investigators on progress of the study and publications4.2 Product champion for the product/therapeutic area involves a variety of educational initiatives including provision of materials for and clinical presentations to health care professionals and medical information in response to HCP or consumer enquiries.MSA may also work with clinicians or patient advocacy groups to implement patient education programmes and to increase awareness and importance of UCB products in the community.A - Ensure identification and exchange of information with medical organizations and opinion leaders?Deliver high quality of scientific services to anyone who needs it?Identify opinion leaders (national/local) in main areas of interest (KOL), also in view of selection of Phase III-IV investigators, speakers, media advocates, advisory boards members, etc.?Establish relationship with key opinion leaders in collaboration with local sales and marketing?Organize and actively participate in advisory boards and round tables?Coordinate the development of medical education programs (including speaker programs) for healthcare professionals / patient groups?Prepare health professionals and medical organizations for new product introductionsB – Ensure high quality disease state/product training of internal customers (medical/marketing/sales)?Regular training updates, as required by the local organisation’s needs?Proactive review and feedback of publications to ensure appropriate internal dissemination and use4.3 Provide scientific support for a variety of Clinical Trials, General Medical, Regulatory, Health Outcomes and Business development projects: via scientific information review and feedback (e.g. Investigators’ brochure, medical inquiries from HCP, Clinical Expert reviews, epidemiology reviews, medical/scientific product reviews, etc) 4.4 Work cohesively and effectively with the Sales, Marketing and Government Affairs teams to deliver on company goals and objectives. 4.5 Participate to the success of the affiliate:?Contribute to staff meetings in subsidiaries?Demonstrate a positive attitude during internal and external meetings (punctuality, respect, image, etc.)?Provide scientific support to internal customers (R&D, regulatory affairs, sales/marketing, etc.)5. JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)Education: Tertiary qualification required; Bachelor of Pharmacy, MBBS (MD), Masters or PhD in Pharmacology, Immunology or other related Health Science disciplinesExperience:?At least 5 years relevant experience?Clinical trials experience, including development of clinical protocols?Provision of Medical Information?Experience in training?Experience with development and delivery of medical educational programs?Pharmaceutical industry experience 职能类别: 临床研究员
