职位描述： Participates in the preparation and execution of regulatory projects necessary to achieve successful registration of company products in order to support affiliate’s business goals and corporate objectives.Assistant to RA director or manager, interactions and negotiations with regulatory bodies (CFDA, CDE, NIFDC etc.,) in China.Implement regulatory strategy and day-today operations for new brand products including regulatory submissions for clinical trials,drug registration, and laboratory testing etc.Undertake interactions and negotiations with regulatory authorities to secure and optimize regulatory approvals concordant with strategic company goals.Support RAD to develop and implement regulatory strategy for all new brand products.Be sensitive to the regulatory environment change and support RAD to identify regulatory risks and challenges, and develop strategies and backup plans to address them.Assis RAD in communication with global / regional development team to achieve strategic company goals and provide advice on China requirements.Provide information to the assigned projects planning and regulatory strategy in cooperation with global / regional / local staff to achieve and optimize strategic company goals.Maintain an up-to -date knowledge of regulatory affairs policies and guidelineEnsure compliance with all local rules and regulations and UCB policies and procedures.Support RAD to proactively plan for and execute meetings with regulatory authorities 职能类别： 药品注册
