职位描述: Job Summary:Responsible for developing, planning, implementing sales strategies and managing activities to achieve sales target and increased market share to improve company’s competitiveness. Establish strong executive and product line level relationships at target customers.Responsibilities:Responsible for planning, developing and executing sales and marketing strategy;Lead and direct sales& marketing department to ensure company short-term and long-term sales target achieved.Participate the top management meeting to make the business plan and sales strategy;Study and forecast the marketing and sales tendency and change.Develop pro-active competitive sales strategies and targeted sales campaigns;Accurately forecast annually, quarterly and monthly sales revenue projections;Manage and maintain quality customer services and business relation with relevant stakeholders;Make and execute sales and marketing activities, propagandize company all products, business expand activities etc.;Integrate the sales target and activities with company other business to ensure all targets consistent with company overall target.Lead and direct, evaluate, develop sales team to realize the company sales revenue and profit goals.Other duties to ensure company goal, strategy, mission etc. be achieved.Research and understand the full potential for each Company product in China, and devise Marketing strategies to help the sales team and channel partners achieve growth.Expand the existing market by cultivating relationships with Key Opinion Leaders that can influence the adoption of Company products.Monitor market trends and competitive activity; conduct a SWOT analysis for each productline.Propose and gain agreement with Company management for Marketing programs and a Marketing Communication plan. Create and manage a marketing budget. Use resources wisely to grow sales profitably.Recommend new product development projects to create products unique to the China market that will drive growth, or recommend changes to existing products to make them more suitable for the China market.Manage pricing and make pricing recommendations to grow revenue and profits.Work is performed in a normal office environment.Requirements:At least Bachelor’s degree in medical, business, sales, or marketing (or equivalent work experience).At least 10 years prior experience in sales& marketing hands on, with documented trackrecord of growing sales and managing complex sales cycles;5+ years managing a sales& Marketing team as sales& marketing director.Medical Industry experience preferredGood knowledge of the Chinese government and individual hospital purchasing process ofmedical devices.Good understanding of distribution network of medical devices in China.Extensive knowledge, and experience on sales of medical devices;High quick and quality making decision through identify and understand the issues and status under hard situation;Excellent organizational, planning, attention to detail skills;Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English.Excellent interpersonal skillsGood team inspiring and directing to ensure all team members catch company goals.Excellent continuous improving on sales and marketing actions to ensure sales increasingannually. 职能类别: 医疗器械销售经理/主管
