职位描述: Essential Responsibilities Identify technical issues for improvement, both internal to install and with Engineering Facilitating and coordinating activities required to ensure projects are completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by coordinating with NPI teams on product/siting requirements and Pilot Sites using a strong “Voice of the Customer”. Helping execute on key product and service delivery metrics, including OTR Cycle Time, Quality & Regulatory metrics, Product “Site-ability”, SPS, and Financial Performance Support install OTR Quality and Productivity for assigned modality Aligning Install Design requirements with customer needs Drive Service & Modality Synergies Service feedback loop to Engineering regarding Install Issues. Promote standardization across modalities. Maintaining full regulatory compliance and other legal requirements. Role Summary/Purpose The Implementation Modality Leader (IML) will have ownership & accountability for one or more product Modalities, ensuring Design for Installation as well as continuous improvement to the project implementation process. The IML will work cross-functionally with the global HPM teams and the product engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met, as well as achieving cycle time reduction, and install productivity. Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or Healthcare and 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Service or Engineering and 6+years of project management experience • Strong business acumen, product knowledge • Willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational Desired Characteristics • Experience and knowledge of GE Healthcare Imaging Products CT & Rad • Experience building, empowering and leading talented cross functional teams • Ability to build and promote organizational change management initiatives • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills • Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities • Proven project management experience in complex environments • Ability to make formal presentations (internal and external) 职能类别: 其他
