职位描述： Job description:>配方和原材料：参与成本控制与质量改进活动。>Recipes and raw materials: cost saving and quality improvement activities.>客户技术服务； 参与客户关注的所有橡胶技术问题的沟通。>Technical customer service; communication with the customer in connection with all technical questions concerning rubber compounds>引进并开发新配方，满足客户要求。>Introduce, develop and look after the recipes to ensure meeting the customer requirements>开发满足客户要求的新配方。>Develop new recipes in accordance with customers requirements>发起新的原材料的引进。>Initiate the introduction of new raw materials>在CPS系统中创建配方。>Edit the recipes in the CPS>配合客户以及质量要求创建橡胶的测试计划。>Edit suitable inspection plans for the compounds in cooperation with the customer and quality management>支援原材料以及混炼工艺的生产问题。>Short-term support at problems with raw materials and mixing>参与常熟工厂密练的试验以及客户的试验结果确认>Accompany mixing trials in the CCCH and processing trials at the customer>参与确认并解决混炼，工艺，硫化过程中的问题>Identify the causes for problems - mixing, processing, vulcanized articles>与工厂团队合作处理工艺和生产问题。参与原材料会议>Cooperation with processing and production CCCH. Take part in raw material conferencesJob requirements:>教育背景：化学工程相关专业Education ：Chemist, chemical engineering>工作经验： 5年以上化学工程相关专业Professional Experience：At least 5 years experience as a rubber chemical engineering>管理经验：决策能力，沟通能力，问题解决能力，目标导向，冲突解决能力，团队合作>Leadership experience：Leadership experience: Decision –maker ，Communication skills ，Problem-solving abilities ，Target-oriented ，Conflict resolution skills ，Team-oriented>英语熟练 fluent in English and Chinese>橡胶问题解决专家，熟悉橡胶，了解橡胶知识（NR, BR, SBR, CR, NBR, IIR, EPDM, AEM, ACM, CM, MVQ, FPM），熟悉橡胶工艺原料知识>Expert at Rubber failure analysis, Expert (for some of the polymers), furthermore advanced ba-sics for all polymers(NR, BR, SBR, CR, NBR, IIR, EPDM, AEM, ACM, CM, MVQ, FPM), expert at Rub-ber raw materials knowledge – polymers, fillers, softeners, accelerators, cross linkers, antioxidants, processing aids, etc. Strong growth with external (not Conti/Contitech) compounds - active market presence 职能类别： 化学分析测试员 材料工程师
