职位描述： ROLE SUMMARYAs a member of the Global Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (GBI CoE) APAC team, the Solution Engineer will support groups focused on driving business results through global, regional and local data-driven solutions to create actionable insights. This role will join a team focused on providing Pfizer with trusted and innovative business intelligence capabilities that accelerate the business of building a healthier world – accomplished by delivering world class, cost effective, capabilities that empower our stakeholders to draw business insights from information captured by Pfizer’s internal operating environment, external business partners, and the real world.Specifically, the Solution Engineer will actively support the Development and Delivery of Analytic Solutions for GBI Commercial in Pfizer. This role will be a key contributor to the GBI CoE team’s ongoing architecture and solution development; assessing, designing and deploying systems that use the right technologies to enable analytic solutions to uncover insights with real business value. This role will contribute to the development of Pfizer’s reporting and visualization solution pattern. This role will also contribute to the delivery of business intelligence (BI) and analytic-centric data solutions for our core technologies being leveraged today. This position will engage in data integration projects for Enterprise BI solutions as well as the new suite of Big Data capabilities implemented in GBI.In APAC the primary role will be to partner with business facing roles and lead requirements/analysis, provide technical solutions architecture and design consultation and follow Enterprise Lifecycle (ELC) for project delivery. Collaborate with other Business Technology COE’s and shared functions to evaluate trends in business and technology to identify solutions that will add significant business value. Finally, this role will include significant technical engineering and design input into projects associated with Emerging Markets across Pfizer which has a strong Microsoft SQL and .NET foundation base in their Architecture. Collaborating closely with the GBI Architecture/Engineering, Solutions Delivery and Support teams as well as other critical BT functions. Accountable for on time/on budget/to scope and quality delivery of initiatives and programs as identified in the GBI portfolio.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES?Initially focusing on technical engineering ownership of the Phoenix Reporting Platform which encompasses a MS SQL SSIS/SSAS backend and Business Objects Reporting layer. This is a Global platform with markets in Europe, AFME, APAC and LATM.?This role will also assume technical architecture responsibility for the .NET based Reference Data Manager Platform?Deliver quality Functional Requirements and Solution Design, adhering to established Core standards and best practices.?Work closely with teams across Pfizer to maximize the use of data and analytics in answering questions that accelerate the business of building a healthier world?Act as a Technical Lead on projects; providing hands-on technical leadership for solution design and development activities.?Serve as a key technical advisor for GBI CoE’s business intelligence and analytics initiatives.?Lead the design and development of insightful BI solutions to meet the requirements of the business?Utilize best practices in visualizations to create easy to use, appealing solutions?Works closely with the GBI CoE Solution Architect team to develop and maintain Pfizer's BI and Analytic solution patterns.?Provide direction and oversight of related outsourcing activities?Ensure smooth transition of projects to support team by designing stable, maintainable solutions?Utilize and contribute to best practices and standards in the design and development of solutions through participation in formal/informal community of practice activities?Stay abreast of new capabilities in the BI space and within market to improve existing solutions?Engage in Pfizer’s commercial use of Big Data and Big Data Technologies?Follow Pfizer Process in Portfolio Management, Project Management and Solution Life CycleQUALIFICATIONS?Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent work experience.?5-7 years prior work experience preferred; Pharmaceutical, Consumer Goods and/or Technology experience preferred?Must have experience in deploying Business Intelligence and Data warehouse solutions with significant progressive experience in BI solution delivery?Must have expert knowledge and hands-on experience with MS SQL, SSIS/AS/RS, .NET, and Business Objects?Experience with Tableau desktop and server is advantageous?High level of awareness of internal and external technology trends?Working knowledge of industry solution and trends across Pfizer BUs?Advanced knowledge of software architecture, ability to read/develop and comment on system design documents?Ability to manage people in a highly matrixed environment to complete project activities on schedule?Strong collaboration skills; create partnerships with client partners and other BT functions to facilitate project planning and execution activities?Project Management?Systems Development Management?Experience with Master Data Management concepts?Experience with Service Oriented Architecture?Experience with cross-platform data interfaces/exchanges?Ability to create technical examples, prototypes, and demonstrations based on rapidly changing requirements?Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment?Ability to work both independently and as part of a team?Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly?Ability to help define and document functional requirements, technical requirements and design specifications?Proven Experience developing solutions with BI Tools, preferably Business Objects?Experience with Tableau & SAP Business Objects highly preferred?Exposure to Oracle RDBMS is a plus?Experience with highly scalable systems is desired?Excellent verbal and communication skills?Experience with data modeling and data storage concepts is preferred 职能类别： 商务主管/专员 生物工程/生物制药
