职位描述: 工作职责:JOB SUMMARYThe Customer Strategy Lead Project First Lead will be a key member of PEH China Marketing LT. This role will be responsible to oversee the full digital strategy and Project First execution for PEH China, helping to foster further innovation in digital, ensuring that the company has a holistic visibility and the appropriate governance of all digital activities across functions and driving our journey towards a more customer centric organization.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES1)Develop overall customer digital strategy for Pfizer China; ensure coordination and collaboration between all departments. Ensure coordination of digital marketing activities across TAs.2)Lead Project First team in China, ensuring strong collaboration with Global Teams (Global Project First, MAP Platform team). Leadership of the3)Direct Leadership of the marketing digital team; dotted line leadership of the Project First dedicated team. Accountable for Project First deliverables, including customer centric model development (increased effectiveness, efficiency, and customer reach), MAP delivery, and digital assets integration.4)Manages big company’s strategic digital partnerships (WeDoctor,etc )5)Lead the digital governance forum. Drive thought leadership and research for digital innovation across the enterprise to deliver outstanding digital customer experiences. Establish processes for digital governance, ensuring prioritization of initiatives, transparency, holistic view of all digital activities at Pfizer China and alignment with Company strategies.6)Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and ensure a coordinated and consistent customer experience across TAs.7)Develop and coordinate a content strategy, including selling and driving content; branded and non-branded content; act as key contact for Global Marketing in the content development work stream8)Upgrade digital capabilities for PEH China organization Provide leadership, management and coaching of direct reports and prioritize efforts to realize Global Marketing vision on being more customer oriented9)Provide leadership, management and coaching of direct reports and prioritize efforts to realize Pfizer China vision on being more customer centric10)Ensure compliance with all applicable internal and external standards任职资格:QUALIFICANTIONSEducational Training1)University graduate with qualification in Strategy, Finance, Marketing or similar fields – MBA preferredWorking Experiences1)People leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and provide professional development to a team2)Proven track record of building and executing marketing and commercial plans for growth.3)Experience with digital with in Pharma Industry4)Change Agile leader5)Able to set the vision6)Ability to manage cross-functional teams influence key stakeholders7)Global view and perspectiveFunctional Skill1)Marketing expertise - well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on marketing expansion and identifying emerging market trends2)Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales and business development; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance3)Strategic Agility – Broad knowledge & learning agility to develop clear perspectives on the business opportunities and challenges; Articulately paint credible pictures and visions of possibilities and likelihood; Ability to create competitive strategies and breakthrough plans4)Influencing skill – ability to effectively facilitate a cross-functional discussions and achieve alignment.5)Communication – Excellent presentation skill and ability to interact with high level senior executives internally and externallyLanguage requirement(1) Excellent written and oral in both Mandarin and English 职能类别: 生物工程/生物制药
