职位描述: 工作职责:Overview:?The Regional Customer Solutions Manager is responsible for the overall region CDC and PHFPCCustomer communication & engagement and vaccine access within private and public market.?To organize and track the regional education program for disease prevention?Collect and analyze public health and vaccine policy analysis at regional level?The Regional Customer Solution Manager will report to the lead of Customer Solution TeamKey accountabilities:?Develop regional access plan aligning with Customer Solution national strategy and adapt for local execution?Develop professional relationship with regional key stakeholders from CDC,PHFPC and medical associationFor the delivery of PD prevention and vaccines value.?Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.?Support to win bidding and access programs through interaction with commercial, bidding, sales, GMC ,Market, medical, and team etc.?Support to BMICIPPIP by coordinating internal multi-disciplinary team and leading interactionWith external stakeholders.?Demonstrated entrepreneurship mindset, accountability, agility, overcoming obstacles and focus on actionAnd implementation in line with OWN IT!
