职位描述： BRIEF JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION:简要工作描述Continuous Improvement (CI) plays an important role in GFS Asia. Fully support GFS Asia on MIP Strategy, process standardization and optimization, leading changes and culture optimization support.This function plays multiple partnerships with each stakeholder. Closely with the operations teams to identify, design and execute process improvement, which includes driving the KPI management, CI culture, best practice sharing, and productivity improvement projects resulting in tangible year-over-year improvements in both operational effectiveness and efficiency. Support Leadership level on organization optimization, etc.Three main responsibilities for a CI associate as below 1. Technical solution provider for business process continuous improvement and BAU operation automation tool maintenance and upgrade. 2. Facilitator on lean six sigma training and coach in grassroots CI project. 3. Training provider for office software and self-developed automation programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:工作职责Technology Solutions1、Support continuous improvement exercises in GFS Asia via technology enhancement, not limited to VBA development, workflow design, access database development.2、Maintain and upgrade the self-developed automation tools in GFS Dalian3、Assist system and Pfizer applications upgrade projects in Dalian by analyzing impact to self-developed automation tools and upgrading the tools accordingly.4、Assisting the CI culture promotion not limited to the poster design, video edition and CI event facilitation.5、Provide technical support to the company overall events not limited to the poster design, video edition.CI training and coach6、Facilitate Lean Six Sigma Green Belt above training class7、Deliver Lean Six Sigma yellow belt training8、Coach grassroots projects and develop small automation tools required in the CI projectsOffice software training9、Provide regular WS office software training to GFS Asia colleagues, not limited to excel, Macro, Visio and PPT, outlook.
